    Hayley is ace! I knew what colours suited me but really just wanted some help with my wardrobe as it was full of clothes but I found it difficult putting outfits together. I also disliked clothes shopping for all the hassle involved. I booked Hayley for her full package and was thrilled I did. Suddenly I started to see what worked. This was further enhanced by a shopping trip – bliss. Hayley had already been into the shops and had rails ready for me to try on and went back out to get other items too. I got a fantastic capsule of new clothes and a great idea of what fitted and what colours to look out for too moving forwards. And since our trip I have confidently bought new clothes that work with my new wardrobe – everything works together and I can put outfits together with ease. FAQs

  • Yes for Gift Vouchers for a specific service I can post one to you or directly to the recipient, simply complete the details at checkout. The Voucher will be presented in a Gift Wallet. If the date of the event for which the Voucher is required for is within a few days and there is not adequate time to post it, I can send you a PDF for you to print out yourself.

  • Payment needs to be made before I can send a Gift Voucher to you. You can simply follow the links on the website, which will give you the option to pay by either Paypal or by Debit or Credit Card. Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you after booking an appointment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • I appreciate that sometimes the most well intended gift isn’t always received with the intention it was gifted. I want all my client’s to enjoy and be engaged in the process. So if for any reason the Gift Voucher is deemed unwanted or unsuitable by the recipient, simply contact me within 7 days of the date of the celebration for a refund. An administration fee of £10 for the cost of the Voucher will be deducted from the refund.

  • The recipient must contact me to arrange a Consultation within 6 months of the date of receipt of the Gift Voucher. Obviously I will make allowances in exceptional circumstances.
