  • I offer both digital and beautifully packaged printed vouchers- just let me know your preference at checkout.

  • Payment needs to be made before I can send a Gift Voucher to you. You can simply follow the links on the website, which will give you the option to pay by either Paypal or by Debit or Credit Card. Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you after booking an appointment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to book.

  • I appreciate that sometimes the most well intended gift isn’t always received with the intention it was gifted. I want all my client’s to enjoy and be engaged in the process. So if for any reason the Gift Voucher is deemed unwanted or unsuitable by the recipient, simply contact me within 7 days of the date of the celebration for a refund. An administration fee of £10 for the cost of the Voucher will be deducted from the refund.

    Hayley is ace! I knew what colours suited me but really just wanted some help with my wardrobe as it was full of clothes but I found it difficult putting outfits together. This was further enhanced by a shopping trip – bliss. Hayley had already been into the shops and had rails ready for me to try on and went back out to get other items too.
