Service-specific information
SERVICE INFORMATION & WHAT TO EXPECT
Every wardrobe is different, and so is the support you might need. Whether we're building a digital wardrobe, adding a few carefully chosen pieces or working together on an ongoing basis, I want you to know exactly what to expect.
This guide explains how my services work, what's included and how we'll make the most of our time together.
1. Getting started
My styling services are designed around your individual needs, lifestyle, preferences and existing wardrobe.
Before we begin, I'll ask you to provide some information about yourself, your wardrobe and what you'd like to achieve. Depending on the service, this may include a questionnaire, photographs of your existing clothes, measurements, inspiration images or details of particular items you're looking for.
The more information you can provide, the better I can tailor my recommendations to you.
Please complete any preparation work by the agreed deadline. If information is missing, I may need to adjust the timing or scope of the work, and I'll always discuss this with you first.
2. Build- your digital wardrobe
Build is a personalised digital styling service designed to help you make more of your wardrobe by introducing carefully selected pieces and showing you how they work together.
Whether you're looking to fill a few gaps or make a more substantial update, you can choose from two options:
Build Mini- £150
Up to 9 curated pieces.
Build Maxi- £275
Up to 16 curated pieces.
Your digital edit is created around your existing wardrobe, personal style, lifestyle, fit requirements and agreed budget.
Your service includes:
A personalised selection of clothing and accessories.
Curated shopping links to relevant retailers.
Styling notes to help you understand how to wear and combine the pieces.
Outfit planning to show how the new additions work with your existing wardrobe.
Access to your digital wardrobe board through Hue & Stripe.
The aim is to create a considered selection rather than simply send you a list of products. Each recommendation is chosen with your wider wardrobe in mind.
Making your purchases
You'll receive shopping links so you can review and purchase the items that appeal to you. You're in control of what you choose to buy, and there is no obligation to purchase everything.
Clothing costs are separate from the Build service fee. You're responsible for placing orders, checking sizing and availability, and managing deliveries and returns.
Retailer stock, prices and sizing can change, so I can't guarantee that every item will remain available when you're ready to order.
After your digital edit
One focused Virtual Fitting Room check-in is included within four weeks of your digital plan being delivered.
This gives you an opportunity to share photographs or a short video of relevant purchases and ask questions about fit, proportions or styling.
The check-in is intended to help you make decisions about the pieces included in your edit. It isn't an unlimited period of additional shopping, research or wardrobe planning.
If you need further support beyond the agreed scope, we can discuss the most appropriate next step.
3. Evolve- ongoing wardrobe support
Evolve is designed for clients who want to keep their wardrobe working for them, with regular, considered additions and outfit ideas.
Rather than starting again each month, I'll build on what we've already established together, taking into account your existing wardrobe, previous purchases, preferences and any changing needs.
There are two levels of support:
Evolve Edit — £45 per month
Up to 3 curated pieces and 5 outfit combinations.
Evolve Plus — £75 per month
Up to 5 curated pieces and 8–10 outfit combinations.
Each monthly edit is tailored to you. It might introduce a few new pieces, address a particular wardrobe gap or help you get more from items you already own.
Your monthly edit includes:
A curated selection of new pieces, within your chosen package.
Outfit combinations showing how to wear the pieces with your existing wardrobe.
Shopping links and styling notes.
Updates to your digital wardrobe board.
The focus is on steady, manageable progress rather than a complete wardrobe overhaul every month.
Your monthly check-in
One focused Virtual Fitting Room check-in is included each month.
You can choose to send photographs or a short video, or arrange a virtual call of up to 15 minutes. We'll agree the most suitable approach for your particular question.
This is an opportunity to discuss fit, proportions or styling relating to your current edit. It isn't unlimited messaging or ongoing access to additional shopping research and outfit planning.
What to expect
Your monthly edit will be prepared around the agreed schedule and the information available to me. If you have a particular event, deadline or seasonal requirement, please let me know in advance so we can discuss what's possible.
Clothing purchases are separate from your monthly styling fee. You're responsible for placing orders and managing deliveries and returns.
Your Evolve service is designed to build on our existing work together. If your needs change significantly or you feel you need a more substantial wardrobe review, we can discuss whether another service would be more suitable.
4. Shop & Drop- concierge service
hop & Drop is a concierge shopping add-on to Build, for clients who would prefer me to take care of more of the shopping process.
Rather than sending you links to browse and order yourself, I'll source and arrange a considered selection of items for you to try at home. We'll review the pieces together, discuss fit and styling, and I'll manage the agreed returns and alternatives.
The service is focused on one agreed wardrobe area or project at a time, so we can give it the attention it deserves.
How it works
Step 1- Agree the brief
We'll establish what we're looking for, your budget, fit and style priorities, and the wardrobe area we're focusing on.
We'll also agree the practical arrangements, including the Shop & Drop service fee and how clothing purchases and reimbursements will be handled.
Step 2- Sourcing and ordering
I'll research suitable options and arrange a selection of items for you to try.
Please allow at least two clear weeks between agreeing the brief and your first appointment. This gives me time to source, order and receive the items.
This is a minimum preparation period rather than a guarantee that everything will arrive within that time. Retailer availability and delivery times can vary, and I'll keep you updated if anything is delayed.
Step 3- Your first appointment
I'll bring the selected items to your home and we'll work through them together.
We'll look at fit, comfort, proportions and how each piece works with your existing wardrobe. We'll agree what you'd like to keep, what needs returning and whether suitable alternatives are required.
There's no pressure to keep everything. The purpose is to find the right pieces for you.
Step 4- Returns and alternatives
Following our first appointment, I'll manage the agreed returns and source alternatives where appropriate.
One replacement round is included in the service. This allows us to address issues such as sizing or an item not working as expected, without the process becoming an open-ended shopping exercise.
Any additional rounds of sourcing, further appointments or work beyond the agreed brief can be discussed separately and may incur an additional fee.
Step 5- Your second appointment
We'll arrange a second appointment to review replacement items, finalise your selection and consider how everything works together.
The aim is to complete the project within approximately two weeks to one month after the first appointment, depending on stock availability, delivery times and our schedules.
This is an indicative timeframe rather than a guaranteed completion date. If anything takes longer than expected, I'll keep you informed and agree the next steps with you.
Clothing costs and returns
The Shop & Drop service fee is separate from the cost of the clothing.
We'll agree your clothing budget and payment arrangements before sourcing begins. Any additional costs, such as premium delivery or special handling, will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Retailers have their own returns policies and deadlines, which I cannot change or guarantee. I'll explain the relevant arrangements and manage the returns included in our agreed project.
If we agree that you'd like to keep an item temporarily to try at home after an appointment, it must remain unworn, with tags attached and in a condition suitable for return. Shoes should only be tried indoors on clean floors.
Please let me know promptly if you decide to keep an item or if there's any issue that could affect its return.
5. Virtual Fitting Room- focused styling support
Virtual Fitting Room provides focused advice on fit, proportions and styling, helping you feel more confident about the pieces you're considering.
Where included in Build or Evolve, it gives you an opportunity to:
Share photographs or a short video of an item you're trying.
Ask questions about visible fit and proportions.
Discuss how a piece works with your existing wardrobe.
Arrange a virtual call of up to 20 minutes, where this is the agreed approach.
Photographs and videos can help me assess how an item looks, but they can't fully show how a garment feels, moves or behaves when worn. My advice is based on what I can see and the information you provide.
Please bear in mind any retailer return deadlines when deciding whether to keep an item. I can't guarantee that a retailer will extend a returns period while you wait for advice.
Virtual Fitting Room is intended for focused questions relating to your agreed service. It isn't unlimited styling support, additional shopping research or a replacement for a full consultation.
If you need help with several unrelated items or a wider wardrobe review, we can discuss a separate session or service.
6. Additional support and changes to your brief
I want our work together to be flexible enough to reflect your needs, but it's also important that we have a clear understanding of what's included.
If your priorities change, you would like to explore a different wardrobe area or you need more support than originally agreed, just let me know.
Depending on what you need, we may be able to adapt the existing service or agree an additional piece of work.
I'll always discuss any changes, additional fees or revised timescales with you before proceeding.
7. A collaborative process
The best results come from working together.
I'll bring the research, styling knowledge and considered recommendations; you'll bring your feedback, preferences and experience of how the clothes feel in real life.
Please be honest about what you like, what doesn't feel right and what you feel comfortable wearing. That feedback is an important part of the process and helps me refine my recommendations.
You're always in control of what you choose to purchase. My role is to make the process easier, help you see possibilities and make more informed decisions about your wardrobe.
Less clothes. Less overwhelm. More outfits.
Thank you for trusting me to help you make more of your wardrobe.
