Client Experience: Sarah's Personal Shopping Trip to Birmingham

Sarah is a busy entrepreneur, running the successful and expanding Naylor George Recruitment and balancing this with her love of coaching individuals through Live, Love, Life Coaching. She has also just finished writing her first book and undertaken an additional coaching qualification, which has meant she has been an extremely busy lady of late! A shopping trip down to Birmingham was a treat to herself to give her some downtime.
The Brief
I first had a wardrobe consultation and personal shop with Sarah back in 2015 when her personal circumstances had just changed and she wanted her wardrobe to reflect her new self! After getting her core pieces sorted Sarah's wardrobe continued to evolve. However with her limited spare time Sarah found herself making quick, unplanned purchases which began to become a bit 'samey' and boring.
To get Sarah back on track we did some Style Identity work, which identified that Sarah had a long standing love of relaxed boho style elements, mixed with a splash of shiny metallics, an eclectic mix! We also found her celebrity style inspiration in Trinny Woodall, who shares similar characteristics and style to Sarah.
Shopping Trip
Having regularly shopped in Nottingham, Sarah wanted to try somewhere different and so we ventured down to the Bull Ring in Birmingham with it's impressive selection of department stores and shops which we just don't have locally. Within 10 minutes of arriving we had found Sarah two perfect pairs of shoes in Selfridges which underpin all her outfits, she also discovered her dream Issey Miyake bag, but the budget didn't stretch quite that far!
