In the past I used to enjoy wandering around the clothing ranges in the supermarket, however now that my food shopping gets delivered, I just don’t tend to go. When Seb started school last September I started researching the best place to buy school uniform and asked friends where they would recommend. Tu at Sainsbury’s was one that was recommended to me most and I have found that they wash really well. Their plain white polo tops are looking much better than the considerably more expensive school branded one! So when Seb needed some more trousers and jumpers we popped into Sainsbury’s for a few bits and I decided to have a little browse through the womenswear section.
I’d Not Intended to Buy Anything but…
Through the winter I’ve lived in a dark grey Uniqlo cardigan and as we move towards the spring I want to lighten up my wardrobe palette and wanted the exact same thing but lighter. So I was very excited to find a lovely soft light grey hooded cardigan in a Viscose mix, which I noticed was part of the ‘Tu Premium’ and as I searched further I found some other fabulous pieces!
Here’s the coatigan I bought which is available in grey and rust:
The Best of the Rest
Loved the texture of the ripple effect on this jumper and the colour!
Perfect for those with bright colouring who like to make a statement.
Perfect paired with denim.
Lovely jacquard fabric which looked much more expensive that it’s price tag!
The rust is perfect for those with warm colouring, but is also available in navy.
Sits just above the knee so great worn with flats.
Trying to find a smart t-shirt with a V-Neck can be quite tricky, but this one is perfect and has a lovely drape!
Teal is a universally flattering colour on most skintones.
Also available in red.
Wide legs are back! The tailored cut of these gives them a very flattering fit and the high waist makes sure they are comfy all day.
Wear them with pointed heels, almond toes or a chunkier soled trainer.
Also available in black.
Finding a good skirt can be really tricky and this asymmetric one is lovely!
Perfect for those with narrow hips or a straight bodyline.
The oatmeal is a great neutral for those with warm colouring.
